Registry of decisions

The decisions taken by the Commission are of two types. The first type of decision concerns the authorization of projects which are automatically subject to the procedure or subject following a decision of the Commission. These decisions, that generally include comditions of implementation, are available below. Once the decision is transmitted to the Administrator, the MDDELCC* issues a certificate of authorization available here (French only). The second type is a decision to subject or not projects that are not automatically subject nor exempt from the environmental and social assessment procedure.
