Located outside the Northern Village, the site was chosen close to the road to allow for an electrical hook-up. The works consist of building a gravel platform and a 9-m2 concrete surface for receiving organic waste. The entire surface area of the site is 900 m2.
The facilities of the composting sites will be powered by the Northern Village’s grid. The equipment required to operate the facilities will be installed inside adapted containers.
