Code of ethics and professional conduct of the members of the Commission

All members of the KEQC are required to sign the Code of ethics and professional conduct. The Code is designed to assure the absence of any conflicts of interest, whether political or financial, and to insist on the discrete use of information provided to the KEQC in the reports that it receives. The Code also insists on the need for members to conduct themselves honestly and transparently, and in a manner that is totally independent.
