The nature of the Commission's work

This section outlines the full set of rules for the internal management of the KEQC, the Code of Ethics that oversees the work of the members and the sustainable development action plan. The management rules and code of ethics were designed to help the KEQC operate in an open and transparent manner consistent with the rules and regulations that govern all public organizations in Quebec. Members of the KEQC sign the internal code of ethics to assure that there are no conflicts of interest. Finally, the KEQC’s Sustainable Development Action Plan outlines the KEQC’s commitment to respect the Government’s goals, objectives, policy and legislation in this important area.
